We at Sloka believe in providing cultural awareness to the students by celebrating festivals. Educating young minds about rituals and Indian mythology would make them culturally inclined and connected to the roots.
To welcome the spirit of festivity with joy, the students of Sloka celebrated the advent of Dusshera by taking part in various activities – quiz, sloka recitation, preparation of Chandmala, Pin wheel, Bow and Arrow, dance, songs etc. A Power Point Presentation on how and why Dussehra is celebrated in different parts of the country was very informative.
Our parents, as enthusiastic partners in education supported us in making these celebrations a grand success.
