Effective teaching is about involving students not only in their learning journey, it is also about talking to them about their well-being, encouraging them and helping them develop their skills simultaneously. Value oriented process is crucial for a school’s all round developments. Social and emotional intelligence of a child plays a very significant role in their healthy growth.
