Induction Training 2022-23

The mind that is not baffled is not employed.

At Sloka we strongly believe in continuous learning to progress in the journey of providing the right/ meaningful education to the students. Better learning happens when teachers are exposed to good learning experiences.

Inhouse training sessions were conducted by the Principal, Ms. Prarthana Thakur, and HR  Ms. Kalpana.

Day – 1  Ice-breaking session was conducted for team building followed by an inspiring session on ‘Growth Mindset vs Fixed Mindset’. This session provoked all the teachers to introspect and develop a growth mindset for learning.

Day – 2 Session was on the ‘Teaching Learning Practices’ in which various practices that are essential for effective classroom engagement were discussed. The detailed discussion on CCE(Continuous Comprehensive Learning) with insightful videos was quite informative.

Apart from the in-house training, teachers were also provided with training by the resource persons – Dr. Seema Negi Principal of Sanjeevani World School, Dahisar, Mumbai, and Mrs. Sudha Hari Kishan from Cal Public School.

Dr. Seema ma’am took a session on Education 4.0, wherein more emphasis on the continuation of the hybrid method, and technology integration in teaching has been emphasized.
